Orders will ship out within 1-2 business days of ordering. Please note that we don't ship on weekends or on major holidays.

Orders placed for overnight service before 1:00 PM PST will ship out the same day and will arrive the following day (excluding holidays and weekends.) *Please note: at this time Saturday delivery is not available.

Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FPO & U.S Territories: We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or U.S. territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer various shipping methods for international orders. The cost and delivery time will vary based on the weight of the package and where you are located. You can estimate the shipping charge in your shopping cart by clicking on "Estimate Shipping & Taxes."

RETURNS

We're happy to accept returns for unopened & unused products:

Please note that returns will not be accepted without prior authorization.

To request a Return Authorization Number. These products must be returned to us within 30 days of the shipment date.

To return unopened & unused products, email us at clientservice@mishebeauty.com.

Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Place the unopened product in your order box and include the Return Authorization Number, your name, order number, and reason for return when sending this item back.

If you're returning an item that was shipped to you in error or damaged during shipping:

Please include your name, order number, and reason for return when sending this item back. This return label will cover all shipping costs back to our facilities. to receive a return label (for returns from within the United States only). Email us at clientservice@mishebeauty.com

Exceptions:

Products on sale during promotions and all international orders are not eligible for return.

Also, for sanitary reasons, we are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Nails: Nail Polish, Tweezers, Nippers, Clippers, and all other implements
  • Hair: Wigs, Extensions, Brushes, Razors, Shears, and Hair Color Accessories
  • Skin: Makeup, Make-up Brushes, Eyelashes, Beauty Implements, and Hair Removal Accessories

Refunds:

Once received, we will process your return in the order in which it was received. We normally issue refunds within 7-10 days of receiving the item.

While the refund will go through to your bank, or credit card immediately, it may take additional time to post to your account. You will be notified via e-mail once your return has been processed.

Finally, any refused shipments, shipments that are non-deliverable, or products that are returned for any reason other than our error will be refunded less the amount of shipping costs.
